I pass Islands Brygge each morning on my way to work. This morning Islands Brygge was covered with a fine layer of snow, so i decided to take some pictures there. On my way back to the car the sun began to shine. Found this lonely bench at Island Brygge and with the sun coming through - i shot.

Nice shot, Bo. Like the bench and the tress in the foreground, adds nicely to the overall composition. Fantastic details in the buildings, great image.

Lonely benches have a way of attracting the eye. What a beautiful place. I'm glad you had your camera with you. It's a pleasure to view such places.

I don't know what it is about empty benches, but I'm drawn to them as well. The grid of snow on the ground is an interesting element that mimics the grid of the windows.

Oh ... I really like this one! The high-res version must look amazing. BTW, does it always snow in April? Shouldn't it be spring now?

There's almost an apocalyptic bleakness to this image, because of no people present. I really like it!

Early shots in the morning are very special to me, I like it when no one is there, you are the first, it gives a special atmosphere, love it.

Bonjour! Very nice! Tout à l'air si serein...les tonalités douces participent à cette douce atmosphère. C'est superbe!
