the concourse in the Grand Central Station. People are moving around inside the grand central station. The big windows in the grand central station is letting the light shine in. Above and to the left, the US flag is hanging and posters are scattered along the sides of the grand central station.

This is the concourse in the Grand Central Station. The floor of the concourse is of Tennessee marble, the walls of Caen stone.

I saw many police officers in grand central station and even the military was present. As guards. I didn't think that the military could operate within the US, unless there had been declared "a state of emergency". Maybe they are some special brand of the military, what do i know - If you know please enlighten me :)

I kept all the movement the HDR gave me, to underline the hectic traffic that takes place in grand central station.

They constitution ain’t what it used to be. Though, they could be un-federalized National Guard troops acting under orders from the governor.

Awesome result for this HDR made of 11 exposures. In fact, I don’t understand how you managed not to get much more confusion with the traffic.

Mmmmm, I like the movements, it makes the whole picture come alive - I don’t think the picture would have been as good without it. As usual the exposure is great.

Great exposures! Good you kept the movement in the picture. It really gives more dynamic to the photo.

Grand Central has always been a marvel for photography. You’ve captured it really well here… the beauty, the movement the extraordinary light. Really nice job.

Great motion shot. I love New York. There’s just so much life there.

Love the detail, perfect shutter speed for just the right amount of motion. Truly professional!

I also think that the motion fits very well into the scene. Also good job at achieving great colors and at the same time not making it look like a HDR. I wouldn’t have noticed if you would not have said it.

Very well captured Bo. Your series of New York photographs are some of the best I’ve seen. Very nice work on all of them. :)
